NordX provides IT consulting, cybersecurity, and related technology services to government agencies and commercial clients. All services are subject to the terms of written agreements where applicable.

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice according to contract terms. NordX reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in the event of misuse or non-payment.
NordX makes no guarantees that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for issues outside our control, including third-party outages, hardware failure, or client misconfiguration.
NordX's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the changes.
